materials in good time so that they can anticipate any
problems that might arise.

Supervisor's Notes: We would like to know
generally how the session went, and in particular if any
questions caused difficulty. Most of these get
returned to us blank or with 'no problems', and we like
that, so please send back all sheets, even if they say 'no
problems'.
