Quality statement

At SHEU, we strive to achieve the highest obtainable quality in all our activities and are committed to continuous improvement of our services.

Quality Assurance is overseen by the Directors and senior managers. QA procedures are documented in the QA Manual and communicated to staff through meetings, presentations and messages. A monthly meeting reviews procedures and changes to practices agreed where necessary. The QA Manager then implements and promotes these.

SHEU has a complaints policy and procedure, outlining the process whereby research participants can make a complaint and providing a timescale for responses to that complaint. SHEU has exacting internal quality assurance procedures which ensure that projects are managed effectively and delivered to time and budget.

If you would like to know more about SHEU's approach to quality assurance and/or wish to make a complaint, please contact the Manager responsible for Quality Assurance.
