In 2000, David McGeorge became the editor of 'Education and Health' taking over from James Muirden. James started the journal in 1983 and it was well established when the editor's pen was handed over 17 years later. David continues the tradition of publishing articles relevant to those concerned about the healthy development of young people.

We are always seeking new contributors to ensure that each issue produces an eclectic mixture of articles.

There are now greater opportunities to reach a wide audience as E&H is an online, open access journal. In addition, the complete archive is freely available which links up with possibly the best resource about young people's health and wellbeing
